Someone installed this shit trailer mod at my PC and i dont know how to remove this mod can someone help hihi

Reinstall? Just save whatever mods YOU have installed yourself.

That someone replaced the original file from .img

Download gta3 file and replace it with old one , You will find it in models file.

ok chief this is how you gonna do it;
you will download Alci's IMG Editor v1.5
you will then extract the alci's files into gta directory
then download the default skin for the trailer from here
extract default trailer.rar to your gta sa directory
open up alci and do the following;
hit open and navigate to your game's directory/models/gta3.img and select the gta3.img file like this;
you will get a screen like this;
then you press import and select the two files downloaded earlier ("artict1.dff" "artict1.txd")
then you hit the save button.
