idk what to do this problem comes again and again, i made an account into windows and it worked for almost 3 days but became shit again..

Corrupted windows files due to either viruses or not fully activated windows version, suggesting you to reinstall your windows or find one suits your PC. that only if you want to fully fix that problem and never come back again otherwise it will just appear from time to time..
