[Help] Connection Problem on Windows 10.

Hello, I'm suffering from this problem around 2 weeks ago, I was restarting my PC, and it was working, but those 2 days I need to do more then 3 restart to work.
as you can see in my video that my Wifi sign is strong, when I log in game it give me that the sign is weak... sometimes I log in and play like 1hours or more and then it give me this problem or whatever you can call it...
Please Help me if you can.

But I don't think it is from my net, I think it is from my PC only, never happened on my Phone...
