My brother got ip banned for abusing sparrow and bla bla does that mean that i won't be able as well ?

if its 48 why didnt they tsuspend but ip ban -_-

Its IP ban so you dont instantly come ig crying probably, just wait out 48hours.

Actually i'm wondering why ain't it a tsuspend intead of an ip ban,however it's okay i'm gonna wait for it.
