There is a mod that I would like to ask about if its legal or not.
the modification is called SprintHook.ASI its not a hack but it gives your character a little bit of extra speed only when you sprint.
so I would like to know if its legal or not.

Basically sprintbind which is allowed, but best for a management member to answer.
