My Network is getting crashed when i opening GTA ( Online - Offline )
But Without opening it The Network be good
Did the problem is because my network is bad ?
Or ?

Server was getting DDoS’d recently so it might have been the problem.
Do you lag on other servers too?
Run a speed test please and post results:
