I just wanna ask this question

For example I auctioned my house for lets say 10m then a bidder bid on it for 15m and wins it..

What if the auction get's expired I contact him and tell me he does not want to buy it anymore. Can I report him for scamming Since it's on this rule in Sanbay it's with OOC tag. So I can report him for scamming ?

If I'm not mistaken, yes. The bidder can not withdraw the bid, and in case he won the auction, he/she has to pay the amount bidded.
I've seen multiple cases like this and at the end, either they have paid the amount or they've arranged a deal with the owner.
Tho I'm not sure it gets under the "Scamming" category.

If he placed bet before auction expired(before the date/time u put at expiration date) he must pay and if not u can report for scamming ye.
Talk to him first

@Hexer @Giacomo Thanks for answering. Another question if you dont mind xD

How about this guy. He is posting bid's even though In the first place I did not input my house to have a vest system. Is he counted to win. Or should I just Ignore him and let the 2nd highest bidder win?

Bids are binding, you did not mis-lead him.
Up to you if you want to be “nice” or not.
