I can't make new Account

Sup, I wanted to make a new account but when i tried to log in with my new name, server closes the connection. I added my new name to my Alt Characters, but it still doesn't work. Can someone help me? Sorry if i posted this in the wrong section.

I did it, but when i try to verify my account from the e-mail that i got, it says: UNEXPECTED ERROR What should i do?

Click on the link in your e-mail you recieved.
Refresh the page once if you see an error.
