Now this might be a weird post, but however, my GTA supports upto 8x Anti aliasing max. I want to make it run at 16x since, my PC is more than capable of handling it with various mods included.
Current GTA preset : Resolution 1920x1080x32 , Anti-Aliasing x8
PC config : GTX 970 , 8GB RAM

I think you can do it with SAMP addon

From what i have learned through research is that, anything over 3x is only possible to be done with SAMP addon ( which i already have in use ), but mine has a max 8x to it. How do I increase it is the question.

These "x1, x2 & x3" are not what GTA SA is based on, x1 is AAx2, x2 AAx4 and x3 AAx8 -- Technically means you already have AAx16 with that x8 using SA-MP Addon.

The only way you can increase this is via using NVIDIA control panel if you haven't already. On the other hand, if you did increase it from the drivers' controlling app too, then I doubt it can go any higher.

I did maxed my Anti Aliasing to 16x from NVIDIA Control Panel, but however, I was wondering if it could be done through SA-MP Addon as well, through reinstalling SA-MP addon and all, are there any chances that my Anti Aliasing could be maxed to 16x in-game?. If its ever done or someone could do it, I would like to know how.

As long as you see it "x8" in game, it means that it's already x16
