[Answered] How do I remove a transparent text-type bar?

Hi.
I have an annoying issue I wish to tackle with your help.
As the title reads, I installed a mod-pack months ago and it got me this not-so-user-friendly transparent text-type bar. How can I get it removed guys?

Is that another mod-pack/third-party software or it's something official by SA-MP? I really don't want to load my installation folder with more subpar stuff. I thought there's some file or something I needed to delete. I don't want to lose my other mods otherwise I would have just reinstalled the whole game.
Edit: Nevermind. I resolved the issue by reinstalling SA:MP. Thanks for your help HULK.
