How do I mod my Tahoma?!

Hello.
I have a problem. I cannot mod my Tahoma. I can mod all my other cars, but not this. When I go to a Transfenders, the door opens for others cars, but not my Tahoma. Please help.

Isn't the Tahoma a lowrider? Have you tried the transfender in Willowfield?

hmm i think tahoma are lowrider car you can go Transfender Willowfield and you can tune it only Hyd Mod Wheels Color and Nitro. not any paintjob. i got this mod tahoma and its relly nice try it :

It's shit though mate due to the fact; the fucking owner never gets it restocked. I've been waiting for 11 days now.
