Game stuttering issue

Hello there. I am having an issue with my game. I'm pretty sure that this is because of the game itself since it's very old. I play on a powerful RTX GPU and the last generation of i7 CPU and I have a 144hz monitor. The issue is that by default, SAMP runs on 60hz which really feels like I have 30-40 fps when I got 100 everytime. It's not a PC issue and I'm looking for fixes that can make me run the game in 144hz or at least make it smoother somehow. I heard of SAMP Addon but many people told me it's sketchy.

on IMRP you are not allowed to play above 100 fps.

try to use samp addon or get an enb with no effects since they can run on 144hz

I'm having the same problem, apparently, it got fixed but with a slight disadvantage, that I have to play on 60 FPS. Limit your FPS from the game settings itself.

Use SAMP Addon (not sure who told you it's sketchy, almost everyone uses it):
