GPU Utilization

ok i have an intel hd graphics card and gpu utilization is 1%-3% whenever i start gta, is it abnormal or na?

its not normal i guess. even if its an old game it should still use some of your gpu

You're probably running the game on the integrated graphics card of your intel CPU. Try to modify it, so that the game launches on your gpu. Quite easy to google it, as I don't know what graphics card your are using (NVIDIA/AMD).

It's the only one my laptop has, I know nothing about it and the answers above didn't fit in to my question.

Seems like your game is running on the integrated card, probably because you have some driver issues. Go in the windows search bar and type 'driver' --> open driver manager and check if your GPU has the latest drivers installed.

btw, is it an Nvidia card?

nvm it, cant find any solutions, ye it's the integrated card I only have, you may close
