Google Play Store Problem

Ey!

I've formated my phone(HTC Desire) and all the factory settings and downloaded aplications got reset/deleted, not inculding pictures and other files. Now I can't download and look for new apps. It just shows me the "Categories" menu and when I tap on for exp. "Games" nothing shows up, just a gray backround.
I was able update the "Facebook" app by searching it, but that's it.

Help me out with this, please!

Manage applications- stop application. Turn your phone off, on again, run play store and tell me if it works.

Nope it didn't work. I also did "Clear Data" to re-install Google Play, but it said errer. Aparently I can't install it since I live in Kosovo.
I buyed this in from Switzerland and there I did the last restore. If I knew this would happeb, I'd never restore it.

Any idea how can I still install/update it?

I did that twice, but it's still not working.
Now that I uninstalled the updates, I have the first versiob of Google app store and and I still can't search for apps.

That's not the problem, because I have 2 accounts. It says "Error this item cannot be installed in your country", so my qyestion is how can I trick Google to install Google play correctly.

Find me the phrase where it restricts that, and I shut my mouth.

Doesn't that shit have warranty? If it has and that is a software problem they should manage to fix it.

1) I can take pics wether with or without SIM.
2) It's already on 2.2.2
3) I tried it it doesn't work.

I think it's more of a privacy problem, because when I bought it in Switzerland I could update Google Play. Now that system restored for the second time(I live in Kosovo-where I can't watch many videos in Youtube and shizzle) and I installed Google Play I saw that I don't have acces to the 90% of Google Play.
The only thing I can do with Google Play is, to update the already installed on the phone, like Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, etc.

Then I guess you have to blame Kosovo for the restrictions, since it worked perfectly in Switzerland, having it formated shouldn't cause any problem, I bet 100% in the restrictions.

Yes I know what I should blame my lame country, but what I'm really asking is, hoe can I possibly trick my phone or Google to install Google Play.

Is your phone rooted or non-rooted? I have found some information that might just work.

I have heard these terms is HTC Desire forums, but I didn't really understand them.
What's Rooted or Non-Rooted?

Rooting is the process of gaining root access to Android. Android is based on the Linux operating system. Root access is superuser permissions (SU), much like an Administrator in Windows.

OK Great, but what does it get me?
Well, it gives you more control over your phone essentially. You can run full backup of your entire phone, control how the CPU is used by Android, save internal memory to name but a few.

Is there any superuser app on your phone atm?

As I know, no.
I guess I have full acces...

Pay attetion at the point 5.
5.Click on Add PPTP VPN or Add l2TP VPN depends on what type of VPN connection is your provider supporting.

ONLY ADD PPTP
THEN YOU DO THE POINT 5 YOU WILL HAVE TO HAVE ALREADY DOWNLOAD QUICKVPN, SO DO IT FIRST, THEN SET UP THE VPN SERVER, AT THE POINT 5 YOU WILL HAVE TO SELECT THE QUICKVPN APP.
You will have to download this app that is a free VPN service, but be careful on how you use it, since it's free doesn't have much security as a paid one.

I can't download any quickVPN app :(, because Google Play doesn't let me do it. And that's the problem ffs.

Now my question is, can I still download apps, without Google Play?
