Choppy game

didn't play for like a month or more opened GTA yesterday and it's so choppy I tried reinstalling it 3 times but it didn't make any difference
help plox

wait lol wtf is this actually when I am sharing live video on discord i am getting like 100 fps and as soon I stop streaming i get 86 + its choppy xDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

Not solved man when i play while streaming my game on discord its not choppy but when i play without streaming its choppy af lol idk what's wrong ..
