Screen freezing

My laptop screen keep freezing, not only ingame but in general it freezes for like 5-15 secs then it comes back, any ideas why or how I can fix it? Thank you.

It's probably your ram or something, there are some videos in youtube you can watch to see how you can optimize your usage of ram. Or just turn off your pc, remove it's power cable/battery and hold the power button for 10secs or more.

Is your laptop overheating? If this problem reoccurs in other heavy tasks/games then something is definitely causing your laptop to throttle.

I guess it might be the problem, i will try to keep an eye on the heat thing
