Can someone tell me how to use samp addon with launcher? thanks

Sadly, I've tried many solutions and it doesn't work, I advise you to dig down into the Modification section and download any modified GTA there like Casper's it contains some files which unlock fps too and load the game faster.

install samp addon then install samp 0.3.7 R4
