So basically I can't make a new folder on desktop or anywhere lol its weird as fuck

I tried looking it up on google and tried few things but nothing helped so if anyone knows a solution that works would be nice

clean boot and see if it persists, if it works fine then you have something messing with it (virus, 3rd party software, etc)
