I have had a house put up for sale on SANBAY with the expiry that ending on the 29th of January 23:59.

The last 2 bids are as follows:

My IRL, IG and Forum Timezone all match up and as such I would believe Amin won this Auction. On the other hand, the last bidder said that he is the winner as the forum time is 1 hour ahead from the server time, meaning he did his offer at 11:58 IG Time.

Can someone please confirm this situation for me ?

Forum sets the time automatically based on your location, but the bids should match in game time which is UTC +1

Your auction was expiring at 23:59 and the last bidder offered at 23:58 which makes him the winner.
