I wonder how do I lock my fps in-game, it goes around 180-200 every time I log in, even tho I barely play but I don't want to end up banned again.

RivaTuner doesn't work for me for some reason.

If you've NVIDIA driver, try NVIDIA Profile Inspector to limit your FPS. Check this thread, briefly explained by Richard in comments.

Unfortunately I don't, I have AMD Adrenaline.

Rivatuner:

Bandicam should be doing it if you perhaps opt for not complicating things

You can cap it with AMD's official software, rodeon.
