Alt-tab takes so long to load

So, whenever i try to alt-tab out or back in game it takes like 2-3 sec before it completely loads..
Nvidia has set it's own default refresh rate at 165hz..
I've been searching around the google but couldn't find any proper solution..
If someone knows how to resolve this (problem?), that would be awesome..
My PC specs:
CPU : Ryzen 5 2600
MBO : ASUS B350
RAM : Corsair 2x8gb 3000mhz
GPU : GTX 1060 6gb
M2.SSD 512gb
