Mods aren't loading

Basically, i didn't had problem with mods until the day i wanted to change my resolution.
When ever i tried to change resolution, my game keep crashing. I found a solution on google that actually helped me, but now problem with mods occurred.
Basically what i've done to prevent my game crash while changing resolution :
Moved modloader folder from GTA folder onto desktop >
Deleted gta_set file from Documents >
Went into singleplayer and adjusted graphic settings >
Placed back modloader folder from desktop into GTA folder.
After i tried to get into online game(via IMRP launcher) i've noticed that my mods aren't loading at all.
Does anyone have any solution for this please?

Hi, are you able to notice this when you press Esc Settings << Mod Configuration.
If no means that your modloader isnt loaded properly. So reinstall it

It didn't help.
Basically, i've did everything shown in video, and that's downloading modloader and placing it into gta folder(replacing existing files).

It didn't help.

Try installing asi loader
