I was in main bank talking with someone and suddenly Leonardo cuneo came and asked me if I am gun dealer I told him YES and it shoed me that Iam not gundealer anymore and than he killed me.!

He is allowed to do it so as long as roleplayed properly, posting chatlogs might help you out.

He took the GD job from a number of people is what I have heard and that he also did not rp they were saying just a kill and took the job.

I did not hear about these kind of situations for a long long time now.
As far as I remember you must roleplay every part of the job removal.

My friend told me that someone else in Cuneo killed him but Leonardo was there too and took the license.

It's not a license, but listen - if you got any evidence that someone took someone's gundealer job without using any roleplay.. just report the player.

If you have evidence that he did not rp like chat logs or any ss showing that he did not rp then report him in the Report a player section.

Then you can not get the chatlog..
Ask an admin to check the server chatlog and if he has time he will do it and might find that he 'took' your job without roleplay.

This is what this guy does. He waits around the main bank with his retarded members.
He simply asks someone if they can sell him a weapon, People go to him, sell him a weapon.
His retarded member kills them, and he simly removes the job.
He does not roleplay; he simply looks at the chatlog of them selling him a weapon.

The gundealer job is a job which is given to you by a family member. If a family is cutting ties with you, they simply remove it.

Well he did a good thing. In the same way T1's are able to "open the factories doors" for you....They are also able to "close" them with a simple call/meeting.... And I think cleaning the streets with the exacerbated Dealers we have, its only a good thing.
