Server offline?

Maybe its only me.. But in mij SA-MP 0.3 it sais the server is offline?
Is it really ofline, if its yes, when does it come back online?

well the Right things is 0.3x , ye it's Offline same to me i guess it's Offline i can't Conect

The server is back online around half hour ago.
