I've installed a new version of Windows and whenever I press on the launcher it keeps giving me the same error which is " stopped working " for no apparent reason. SAMP works perfectly fine.
Followed every step right here and still does not work viewtopic.php?f=13&t=78795
Also downloaded/installed this

Update to at least windows 8, windows 10 is mostly recommended.

Nothing special, I click on Launcher, it automatically goes ' Launcher has stopped working ' without even giving me the chance to write down my name.

Launcher crashing:
Delete the ".im-rp" folder in %appdata% and re-start the launcher.
Windowskey + R -> write "%appdata%" -> press enter -> locate ".im-rp" folder and delete it.

The majority that are usually having unfixable launcher issues are using Windows 7. If you really want to stick to windows 7, then the most I can tell you after you've tried everything possible within the IMRP launcher support thread and pinned messages on discord support channel, is to completely update and install the windows 7 updates along with the drivers updates.
