Launcher is not working

dunno what happened, was working fine and this happened out of no where
it's stuck like this, not even loading

Did you change your gta recently? Can be an issue with ISP too. Try to launch it with a vpn connected.

go appdata roaming folder and remove .imrp sir;
steps;
Windows key + R
type %appdata%
it will make u visit the folder i mentioned up sir
then delete file named .im-rp
hope works.
