Hello I want to clarify before we start a war, since some of opponent T0s used some of these and they were rule-changed mid war after staff finding out they give advantage in wars:

Is:
- Pedslots on screen
- fastped
- tierra desert turned to grass
- limitpeds
- shadow mod on players allowed (dropshaddow on ground)
- timecycle which you see water transparently
Allowed?

if noone answers ill have it considered as allowed as nowhere it says theyre dissallowed

Not accurate but this is what I know from my past experience and known knowledge about these mods.

- Pedslots on screen not sure about it since its just the same as pressing f5
- fastped - if this the one that lets u move around / slide faster then ofc not
- tierra desert turned to grass as long as it doesn't change vegetation eg; trees , bushes, etc.
- limitpeds from what I know this only helps boost fps since it reduces smth ( not sure what it was ) but it works.
- shadow mod on players allowed (dropshaddow on ground) as long as it only works during morning. cuz ofc w/o the sun = unrealistic.
- timecycle which you see water transparently Apparently few ppl are using transparent water even seen in some vidoes, asked few admins they didn't know if its allowed or not

If a timecyc makes water completely transparent then it's illegal. Mentioned here viewtopic.php?f=13&t=189807. "Entirely removing water or making it perfectly clear"

Confirmed water with Billy, transparent water is not allowed.

Transparent water is part of timecycle, how can we get same timecycle but without transparent water?

Pedslots on screen disallowed i had a similar mod n it got blacklisted during the war cuz barz cried

Fastped: Obviously not allowed.
Tierra thing: No idea what this is.
Limitpeds: Allowed.
Shadow mod: Allowed.
Transparent water: If it's completely transparent / removed, it's not allowed. Some transparency is allowed (up to admin discretion).

Fastped is an animation mod and there is a very clear rule that no animation mods are allowed. Clear / transparent water I already mentioned in this topic: viewtopic.php?f=13&t=189807

Great quote from four years ago. Making your water completely transparent was disallowed by Lito during Triads vs Cuneo (2020).

@Billy about the Tierra grass thing; it's a texture mod that replaces sand with grass in Tierra.

Only if your point wasn't that it's allowed for some people and not for others, which I'm highly convinced will be the case in some future reports/appeals

Making the water somewhat transparent is allowed, what isn't allowed is completely removing it / making it virtually invisible.

Or does the transparency tolerance vary from alliance to alliance or perhaps faction to faction

Okay so having full blue timecycle which makes water transparent is allowed?
The water is not removed so..

probably allowed if it only shows pedslot the one when pressing F5. its not so different after all.

Using a mod to draw pedslots on screen (not via F5) is not allowed, apparently this was established during Tattaglia vs Barzini.
