Clarification on WAR questions

@Richard

1. How long does war evidence last (is it 44 days like some people say)
2. How many days we have to wait after we finished our invite session for the PLAYERS that got invited to stay. (Some people say 1 week, some 2 weeks)
3. If I get kidnapped today, can I invite 20 people to the faction (4 weeks of invites aka 28 days) and request 2 weeks after (42th day of evidence) and keep all the players invited - It's not mass invite since its all regulated (5 people per 7 days)?
4. What is deemed as war evidence, so far we have that
1. Kidnapping a rival member
2. Attacking their moneyvan

Are only two, what else?

Things keep changing but we need a regulated rule for these things, not one war its like this, other one its like this.

Thank you

Your questions are most likely answered in the f-leader section
Did you try to contact your t0 before asking here?

These things are discussed at Faction leader section and faction tier 0s are aware about these rules. Most of them are agreements between faction leaders.

How is there agreements between faction leaders if Richard himself said that faction leaders cant decide what happens its HOI which does (Stracci vs London war)

Do you know the answers to these questions?

1-it lasts 30 days as I remember
2-mass invite is not limited to time/number more it's limited for the reason for the invite
3-^
4-kidnap or MV or omerta are war reasons and it can be solved also it goes regarding the discussion between the two faction leaders.

Take a break mate, all these records are on a game that has bots playing more than RL people.

Usually you can't invite after the war proof happens. Faction leaders can debate on a cutoff date or allowed number of invites at the meeting in which HOI is present.

You cant invite anyone since you are a pleb enforcer. Your question is answered above. Also the 5 ppl per 7 days is simply a guideline, not a written rule. If HOI believe you are taking it too far despite following that guideline, they might warn you.

Bombing businesses is also considered war proof, but according to Makke/Richard, one bomb is insufficient for war. Fleaders can also be creative and make up a reason on their own, go to the enemy t0 and ask for x amount of money or war. If the enemy T0 says they wont pay nor war, then HOI meeting is arranged in which the HOI dictates the course of action (course A: war reason is bullshit and the faction asking for money gets btfo'd ; course B: war reason is deemed sufficient but 2nd faction is asked to pay a smaller sum than previously required; course C: war reason is legit and initial offer stands).

If two factions are willing to war, you don't even need a reason. Cruz can go to Fabrizio and say 500m or war, if Fabrizio says fuck u war me, its on.

Also, sometimes leaving an alliance can be war proof as well.

Unofficial answers btw im not HOI, so take everything I said with a grain of salt.
