Is it allowed to place ''BUYING'' advertisements at the Auction House?

So, I am kind of new in this new Auction system and I don't know if it is possible to place an advertisement in the auctions section where you are BUYING items. is that allowed?

Auction place is now IC owned by SAN now, they set the rules for it.
And until I know there's no possibility of placing a BUY request there right now.
