how can I be accepted to faction?

I want to be in faction and when I ask a leader if I can be in his faction he says no! and he doesn't asking me to pass an interview and I am good at RP and at OOC test. what is the problem?

You should not beg them via OOC, you should not use your OOC knowledge about who is the leader of a faction.
You should meet someone IC who is in faction(maybe) make a strong friendship with him and help him at the different jobs he does.
Maybe he suggests you to a leader and you get invited to a faction.
That's a simple way how to get in a faction.

that's what I do I have a very good friend at cuneo and he said that he will ask the leader about me but the leader didn't say to me nothing
p.s who is the leader of cuneo?

You should wait, you won't get accepted in a day.
You should prove yourself how much you worth for that job etc.
You can look for a job at
Los Santos Job Center too though.
SDC hires there,Kemirov recruitments are currently closed wait till they are opened or just look to join one in-game.

We're a roleplay server, you need to roleplay with the faction/leader or click what Fluffy posted.

Factions are most likely to select capable Roleplayers. You should find an IC reason by roleplaying with them and request to be introduced to the criminal side, earning yourself the invite.

What not to do:
*Do not ask from the leader (t0) or the co-leader (t1) to let you get in PM or OOC ways.
