Raymond Howard is using hacks

police officer Raymond Howard is using hacks, teleport, aimbot ets, i saw him live using hack, i dnt how to take ss but i swear on good i saw him 5 times, different different hacks, n if u able to check my ingame chats, u will come to know that he is a hacker, i cuffed him, i told him to remove all hack then only i will uncuff u, he said ok,
after that when i loggedin he was there at my spawn area, he tazed me, n directly teleported me to pd from SASF HQ,
i was with him at mainbank he teleported me to pd directly, without any vechile, in a second i was in pd garage from Main bank
