3) Business (Claim?)
4) Custom plate
Vehicle Claim
Vehicle claims are an OOC item which means you are not allowed to use IC means such as /ad to advertise for selling or buying one. You can however advertise the sale or will to buy a v-claim exclusive vehicle and players with a claim or with the vehicle will contact you.
If you contain a vehicle claim in your account, you can see it https://sa-mp.im/profile at your inventory and a gray bar will show it to you. You can also visit https://sa-mp.im/profile/premium_claim to use your vehicle claim and you can also use /give in-game to give it to other players. As of 28th April 2025, you can claim 77 vehicles using the vehicle claim some of which are available in the dealership stores for much lower cost than the current market price for a vehicle claim (16m - 18m).
Note: Prices for any and all vehicles are not limited by the general market price of a v-claim. They may differ based on how useful they are in everyday use. Aircraft, for example, have a dealership near the entrance to Los Santos International Airport, but it is usually closed, making it impossible to purchase anything from there. As a result, stuntplanes/mavericks typically cost between $8 and $12 million, whereas the claim itself is currently more expensive.
Below is the list for all vehicles that are claim-able using the item. You can locate businesses in-game using the command /tracebiz - /tb

House Claim
House claim just like a vehicle claim is an OOC item which means you are not allowed to use IC means such as /ad to advertise for selling or buying one.
If you have a house claim in your account, you can see it https://sa-mp.im/profile at your inventory and a gray bar will show it to you. You can also visit https://sa-mp.im/profile/premium_claim to transfer it to other offline players or use /give in-game if both of you are online. Things you should keep in mind before claiming a house is that
1) You cannot claim houses already claimed by others.
2) You cannot claim confiscated properties.
3) You cannot claim houses at areas too close to Lead/Metal/Gun/Bullet runs, most houses that may exist there already are owned by admins (taken from players who claimed there in the past )and won't be in use.
4) Your house has to be in a realistic location; a warehouse is a warehouse, not a house. An apartment is an apartment, not a house. Refer to the pictures below to find examples.
5) Management has the right to remove houses that are not acceptable but slipped through at any time, they also can blacklist locations for various reasons which is shown in the pictures below.

Business (Claim?)
Business is an item you can only win through fortune spins on the UCP website at https://sa-mp.im/profile/fortune. Odds of winning one is extremely rare but not impossible. If you manage to win one, you're lucky and in order to use it to obtain a business, you have to make a support post at UCP - https://sa-mp.im/support/create-ticket and state that you won a business. Refer to this documentation to know how to use the support system - viewtopic.php?t=66511.
Provide a log text which can be found right below the wheel or the spin ID which is visible in the white pop-up that shows your reward after spinning. If you close the white pop-up, you cannot check your spin ID so use the log instead. You will be given multiple options of businesses you can then claim which are never new ones but instead taken from players who are very inactive or were banned for a prolonged/permanent period.
The Custom Plate item cannot be sold, cannot be transferred through UCP or in-game using the /give command. To sell it, first claim a business and simpley use /ad or other means to advertise your business for sale hence selling a business. You cannot ask for the business to be given to another player.

Custom Plate
While the Custom Plate is not technically considered a claim, it shares the same kind of functionality and I thought it's worth to explain it here. The plate of your vehicle when you register it at the DMV is based on your name followed by randomized digits. The first two letters of the plate are the starting letters of your name i.e. Parker_Wells - PWxxxxxx
The Custom Plate item can be won through fortune spins just like the Business item and to use it, you have to make a support post at https://sa-mp.im/support/create-ticket and state that you won the item followed by a log or the spin's ID. The information you have to provide is your vehicle's ID which you can find at https://sa-mp.im/profile/vehicles and the plate you want it changed to, such as 'CHIEF' or 'SLAYER' and etcetera. Obviously names that are controversial and what not will be rejected so choose mindfully. Refer to this documentation to know how to use the support system - viewtopic.php?t=66511.
The Custom Plate item can be sold but cannot be transferred through UCP or in-game using the /give command. To sell it, first publish your sale, then either wait to be contacted or reach out to potential buyers yourself. Once a buyer is found, obtain the ID of the vehicle they want the custom plate on and the desired text for the plate. Then include this information in the support post you create, ensuring a successful transfer of the custom vehicle plate to the buyer.
