You can request it in this thread in the following link viewforum.php?f=22 but you have to show evidence that the account is yours like stats screenshot or something.

As Yummy stated, make a new thread at viewforum.php?f=22, the only thing is that you have to have some proofs that you was the owner of the accoung, eg. screenshots, lvl of the account, any type of business/houses which belonged to you, cars, etc.
