Hello,

I recently purchased a new PC. I haven't downloaded anything but the launcher download link that is listed on the website. However, it is not working for me. As soon as the login page comes out I am backed out of the screen and the game crashes. Not sure how to fix this issue. I'd love to start back playing.

Join the IM-RP discord server and make a support there instead, it's much better to troubleshoot your issue there with the information you provide.

Click on the blue download button and then click on any of the servers it shows to download from, once you download the file, unzip it and double click on install.bat to install dependencies.

Click on the blue download button again, run the .exe file and follow instructors to download DirectX which is also required by the launcher.

One more thing, go to windows search, type "Turn Windows Features On or Off" without the quotations and open it, in the list that shows up, search for the Legacy Components option, click on the tick box on the left side and check it ON, then click ok and let windows install necessary files.

Hey, I worked on this issue this evening and I ended up disabling all mods and i was able to join. Thank you.
