I'd like to install Bullet Hole mod.This mod requires CLEO installation in order to work properly,so Im not sure if this mod is allowed.
Here's a video of this mod,check it out and tell me.

If it's just a bullet hole mod I don't see why not, however I remember having something similar and I'm pretty sure I did not have to include CLEO for it to work.

This mod needs CLEO to be installed,without CLEO it wouldnt work.

This is the "read me" file,you can see there that CLEO installation is required

I am also using a Cleo Mod. A first-person driving mod to be exact.
Aslong as it doesnt change any view to other players, or aslong as it doesnt give you ''powers'' you may use it.
This does only change your view of bullets, and noone else will see/notice it, this means you can install it.

This one will not require you to have CLEO, just an ASI loader. The mod itself is the exact same thing, just paste everything in the main dictionary of San Andreas, http://www.mediafire.com/?eml3car1vcic4i4
