after I press F8 not In Game example i want to take a pic of my desktop I pressed F8 where this pic. goes?

Documents > GTA San Andreas User Files > SAMP > Screens
Also, you might need this: If you use the Camera, you will find your photos in Documents > GTA San Andreas User Files > Gallery

F8 works only for SA:MP . If you want to take a picture of your desktop, either download a software you can take screenshots with or press Print Screen key on your keyboard and open Paint, then Paste it.

Press PrintScreen as F8 is only for SA-MP.
PrintScreen copies your desktop and you can paste it in a document or a photo editor such as paint.
