If you have 2 monitors then there are 3 ways to solve this:
Disable your 2dr monitor when you play sa-mp. (Maybe not so smart if you like to have the monitor on.)
Set your Visual FX quality to low. (Esc > Options > Display Setup > Advanced)
Rename your GTA San Andreas folder (e.g. to "GTA San Andreas2") (This often works, however sometimes it may stop working again so you need to rename it to something else.)
Try this one; "wiki samp"

You messed up something with the effects.fxp or effectsPC.txd, just download the original files of these 2 and replace them with your current ones ( gta sa --> models )

Are you playing SAMP on 2 monitors? If so, that's where your problem is. Just disable the second monitor and you'll be alright, samp doesnt support more than 1 monitor
If that didnt fix your problem, set the visual FX quality to low and rename the folder of your GTA san andreas to anything

Exception 0xC0000005 at 0x7F120E - opcode warning errors
Reason: Invalid vehicle upgrade applied ( vehicle mod for a tuneable car )
Solution: Remove the mod
0x0??CB50
caused by a vehicle that was modded wrongfully in game, causing people to crash from a certain radius.
The ?? refers to which vehicle or mod it may direct to.
Once crashing at this radius, the vehicle is to be deleted off the server or it's mods to be removed. Example: a police maverick with rims and a spoiler may show this opcode
Solution: Remove the mod
0x007F0BF7 ( this one is added but without solution on how to fix it )
Related to vehicle mods. Often caused when attempting to put an invalid mod on a vehicle (EG nos or spoilers on a motorbike). Other causes could be bad client side vehicle mods.
Solution: Remove the mod

Sly wrote:I tried to install the vehicles only, Whenever I try to walk near the levithian chopper- I get this crash message.
I get this when I try to go near the helicopters (Cargobob, Levithian) that are parked at Fort Carson SASF base. (I installed SASF's mods).
That's probably corrupted sound files
Anyway, try to delete your gta_sa.set file at my documents --> gta sa user files --> samp
After you delete it, open gta sa single player just to get your new gta_sa.set file, then play samp
If that doesnt work, move your GTA folder to a different disk ( If it's in your disk C atm, move it to D )
Also update your DirectX if you dont have the newest version already. If nothing works then I'd suggest you to simply remove the mods

It could be the sound file, as I did install some of them- rewriting over my old modes and using the SASF's sound pack. -_- Thanks Vlatko.
ps any suggestion on how to get them back to default?

Just search on google for the original sound files
I think this should fix your problem
w566359.open.ge.tt/1/files/6ObaGoF/0/blob?download
Updated; new crash op-codes(frequency) with new solutions.

Download the file, rename it to " GENRL ", just cut the " 0 " of its name, and then paste it to your gta san andreas --> audio --> SFX folder, replace with your current one
