I'm afraid I had bla bla bla.... is like a bot message, it's replied to each denied appeal.
Makke told you to appeal today, so make a new appeal just like the first one.

Like i told you, he told you to appeal today. So you are allowed to appeal from now on.
Just make an appeal and await Makke's NEW verdict.
