I need some help. I need some suggestions on how to find out about factions IC.Some tips.

Find out through some frnd or look for ads

Not all factions make a job application thread at job center , only Kemirov and S.D.C has and btw Kemirov are not hiring in job center anymore. Yea i get it i have to wait. and speaking of ads and friends, factions don't give ad about hiring more often..its really rare...and friends? right...that's gonna take half a decade..you get to know him,..help him...but patience i guess is necessary. btw thanks.

I suggest you to find some faction t1/t0's phone number, call them IC and ask for a possible position, you have to RP with them as much as you can, factions are most likely to select capable Roleplayers.
Tip: Do not call or ask job from t0.

Well u can ust call someone and RP that u saw some ad or u have frnd in the faction u gave u the guyz no. And ur frnd told uhe can help him getting job and ofc no faction will call u plz come and join us u must do smthing

As far as i know it's near-to-impossible these days, Usually when someone comes to me IC i say no to him, unless he try VERY hard( i mean,as if he'd try to contact me IC not by mging my number, for 5-6 times without bothering me, and even then,i sometimes tell him to fuck off rofl)
it also depends on my mood, Im pretty sure that if i will make an ALT and try to join some faction i will have hard time as-well without connections.

Make friends IC with EVERYONE and not just MG and faction t1.

Find there HQ or a business that they operate around IC and speak to them. I used to give all my time listening to people outside my businesses because they've taken the time to come and find you and engage in RP with you.
