First i Had made an account its Name : Jackson_McEwen then he got banned So i Made another account its name : Justin_Vampire And it Got banned too so i made another account it's name is Isabella_Linton and she got banned too . So i Made A New Account Its Name is Eddy_McEwen and i played with it and i was so happy i made alot to make this account strong , once a day my family had came in a party in my house , and i was playing SA-MP like any player , my cousins young cousins had seen me while i was playing it and the asked me to make accounts for them , So i Made 3 accounts for them thier name : Tote_Sugery , Tata_Sugery , Teto_Sugery , after a few days i was in my house in game and i was dancing like this :

I got banned too by Admin : Makke_Benton and then i had know about every PC can open 2 Accounts only , i made a ban appeal and Admin Makke Denied me , All i asking about it i want to Get back my account : Eddy_McEwen i played in it hard and i was so tired to make him strong please i want Unban my account , and i want Chance to play again , because i love the game too much , and i promise i will never open any accounts From my PC except : Eddy_McEwen which is my account . Please Give me Chance for playing the best game over the world .

Second if you got banned on the first account you played on IM appeal the ban.. If the admins refuse your appeal don't make anoather accounts because this will count as a Ban Evade.
I dont know if the thing with your friends is true but I'm telling you that admins can check logs and everything.. IP adress, when you got last time logged on your acc etc...
So go and make a ban appeal on viewforum.php?f=19 with the name Jackson_McEwen and if you got unbanned play again.. I hope that I could help you. I searched on IM ban list and I saw :
