hey guys i get something like authorization code from steam, they say check your e-mail but i never got an e-mail. steam support isnt answering me and i tried nearly everything... u have solution or tip? sorry to post this so bad or smthing im just tired been like trying to fix this for 3 hours straight

It happens sometimes that you don't instantly receive the e-mail.
There's nothing to do (I guess) except that you keep re-sending the e-mail containing the code to yourself many times.
(Make sure you have written the right e-mail of yours, just in case.)

i cant even change the email without logging in so thats a no-go

Did you looked in the spam map? It can bein there

maybe they send it to another e-mail adress.
Might be worth a try?
