Well, i am currently just modding in gta3 tho using Spark, and i noticed it makes my GTA Buggy and shit,
So i wanna know how to install in custom.img. please help me

Same way, it just doesnt replace but just adds.

He means if one day you decide to bring back the original mod of a skin/vehicle... you can just remove the file you've added.
You don't need to replace the hole custom.img
