Hi!

I received some differing opinions about contract killing when I asked about it via /ask, so I decided to make a thread about it in here. So, what's the server's official policy on contract killing? Is it allowed, and if it is, are you supposed to take screenshots of everything while doing it or such?

As far as I remember woot forbid it totally when Hitman got closed last time. (not totally sure though)

As long has you have a reason to kill someone it doesn't matter who kills the guy, as long as he is connected to you and does not do it for a living.

Last I was told when it came up in the report section

You could get someone to kill someone else...however

1) You needed to have valid IC reasons, generally proof of those reasons
2) SSes of you ordering the person, including a through IC description of the target

Let's say per example you're in an illegal organization , and you found one snitch , you have the right to send a T2 to whack him of course you'll have to take few SS about it including names , descriptions etc and yeah that's allowed.

But hitman like agent 47 i don't think they are anymore. ( you don't know the guy , he did nothing to you and you send a hitman to killhim that's not allowed.

Thanks for all the answers, however, this is exactly what I meant with differing opinions . Some say it's completely forbidden and some say it's allowed as long as you follow certain procedure under certain circumstances. I wouldn't mind seeing an official rule about this in Server Rules' DM-part.

Not sure,But if i were you i would listen to admin,since he is the one who resolve reports,if someone reported you for DM.

Short answer : You can hire a guy to whack someone If you have A VALID reason i gave example above.

Be sure to make SS's of the contract instead the people you murder report you for DM.

Just in case you're still not convinced. There's a reason why Hitman Agency is closed since more than 1 year now. Which makes contract-killing not allowed as most of people just do /head and MG like everything about the person they want to kill.

You can handout orders to kill a target to your sub-ordinates and friends, remember to screenshot it in case you're reported.

It doesn't matter that hitman is open or not, but so as Zaider said it is forbitten to make contract to kill.

There is someone i know that want to rp hitman to let see to woot he can rp it and he is able to lead hitman.
He needed to stop from woot cause its forbitten.

If i was you i would stop or don't start with it.
