Cant start IM

When i start my samp and connect to IM it starts i log in etc. and when its done.
i dont know how to say. my game stops i see my screen and stuff. but its bugged.
it like i am in the game but not really. my charagter is not compleet you see only a round thing with my skin clothes.
i dont know what to do, I already uninstall my samp and install it but i still get bugged.
Help me pleas

Do you have any mods installed are your GTA is empty i mean without any mods etc..

Un-install sa-mp, download it again and install it. Install the downgrade and it should work

As you see he already uninstalled the SAMP.
Try uninstall SA-MP and GTA ( both )
