It's not a job, it all depends on luck so it's not a job that can make you money, as you think.

Something like that; not exactly a job, it was made to avoid scamming so you have to take license for it; it's license, it costs 5m or something.

It's not a scripted job, but a filter to allow a few selected players of community to perform duty of a dealer. You can be a official casino dealer while keeping you scripted job [Gundealer, carjacker, trucker etc.].
