Can't join server?!

I've registered but it still says i need to register when i join. Also i was wondering would the First Person mod for CLEO be aginst the rules?

Yes they're against the rules.
-Make sure you have 0.3x version of SAMP.
-You're using same Caps/normal letters in your name you registered with.
