Transferring namechanges

Is transferring namechanges allowed? I've heard different answers before but I want an accurate one now. The answer even varies between admins and helpers. So, please give me a correct answer. An answer from a member of the staff would be highly appreciated.

Well not sure, but i have heard that somebody transfered their namechanges; but still i want to know the exact answer.

I transfered a namechange to a friend by Zaider, so i think it's possible for you aswell

I got a namechange from a friend once, he changed his name to a random name with his own namechange and the admin changed his name back to the previous one, and then afterwards change the one you wanted to transfer to.

There is no reason why it shouldn`t be allowed,its OOC stuff and it doesnt affect stuff like economy.
If you are going to pay for a namechange,then i suppose its rulebrake,because you give IC stuff for OOC stuff.

There's no confirmation that it's not allowed because some admins do it.
It depends on who you ask, zaider will most likely do it if he's not busy. Ask kindly via /irc and wait for a reply, just don't spam it.
