I'm new in your server (1 day ^^). I'm a newbie in SA Multi (not in Role-playing ^^) so I have two quick question.

_How can I buy or rent a house? (and how can we know if there're availaible).
_I see that I lost some health over the time. What's the reason ? (Hunger maybe ?)

You need to have a lot of money to afford a house though or you can make that possible via donate.
You can rent at houses that are set for rent except the "$666" cause you can't rent on that price.
You can rent while staying in the house icon and typing /rentroom.

1) You can know if a house is available for sale/rent on the icon. (If a house is for rent, it should say: "Rentprice: XXX$" / If it's for sale, it should say: For Sale: XX.XXX.XXX$) - Use '/rentroom' to rent.
2) You automatically loose health over time. And the more drugs you use, the faster you risk yourself dyeing.

Houses vary from 50k to 500m. Therefore, qualities of each house are very different from others; /heal feature etc.
You can check /laptop or SanBay, for houses that are for sale.

The reason of your health that drops is normal, visit a Sprunk machine or house with /heal.

Houses varity from ~$4M to $500M, like in real life, it depends on the location and if it's mapped, it should cost more.

I once bought a few for 60k in Grove. Lol.
