It happend to me too, you just need to refresh few times = F5 and it will work.

OT: Sometimes i get that same problem, but only on my laptop even though my account/IP wasn't banned. Refreshing the page normally fixes it but there's obviously something wrong since this doesn't happen on my other computer.
