Downgraded my house by mistake

I /irc'ed Leonard_Nino about my house, that i downgraded by mistake. (yes i'm retarded.)
its '121, Glen Park'
it was lvl 18 -

In your house icon type /house upgrade and chose the level you want.

Well, i think you don't have to pay again for it, just try once; else if it doesn't work go to "Account Support"
And appeal there.

When i try to upgrade to lvl 18 again, it says 'you dont have enough money' ?
